BALTIMORE, Md. (September 30, 2021) — The Morgan State athletics department in partnership with SIDEARM Sports, one of the top website providers for college athletics, has launched a new, free mobile experience for Bears fans. 

The official mobile application of Morgan State Athletics offers iPhone/iPad and Android owners an interface that provides mobile access to essential information from MorganSportsBears.com, the official website of Morgan State Athletics. Content on the app includes up-to-the-minute news, scores, rosters, schedules, videos and photo galleries.

The latest version includes streamlined social media feeds for Twitter and Instagram.  It also seamlessly integrates live event information into the main screen for fans to follow game stats, listen to the radio broadcast, or watch a live event from your phone.

“We are excited to refresh the Morgan Bears Sports App,” said Lydell Sargeant, Sr. Assoc AD External Relations and Development. 

“This app makes it easier for Bears fans to stay connected with their favorite Morgan State sports teams no matter where they go. This will be a one-stop mobile companion for fans, whether attending Morgan events, purchasing tickets, or interacting with the Bears.”

 

Fans now have the ability to customize the app to follow their favorite Bears teams or individual players, or set up customized alerts by sport and type, including start and stop time for athletic events, and breaking Bears news.

 

The app also will provide easy access to obtain game day information, view upcoming promotions, event ticketing , and donate to the program.

 

The Morgan Bears Sports App can be downloaded or updated for free in the Apple App Store and Google Play.
