Electronics technicians who can easily troubleshoot and quickly make repairs are in high demand. At JCCC, students will learn the principles of electronics systems while working on the latest equipment in our state-of-the-art Industrial Training Center. This program can lead to a variety of career fields, such as:
- Navigation systems
- Computer repair
- Automotive technology
- Medical equipment installation and repair
- Aviation electronics
- Alarm and fire system installation and maintenance
We offer two program options:
- Electronics Technology Certificate: Enter the workforce as an electronics technician after just one year at JCCC. Enjoy a well-paying career in one of today’s most exciting and challenging fields.
- Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Technology: This 64 credit-hour program will dive deeper into topics on circuits, systems and more.
Our program also prepares students for the International Society of Certified Electronics Technicians (ISCET) certification exam, which offers an advantage over other job candidates.
